Chad has over 23 years of experience in directing auditing, accounting, compliance, consulting and taxation engagements for not-for-profit organizations. He currently serves as a member of several CRI firm wide committees and initiatives including the firm’s Quality Control Committee and the firm’s Continuing Professional Education Committee. Chad invests a great deal of time in both attending and teaching continuing professional education in order to maintain the expertise required to work and consult with not-for-profit organizations. Chad’s experience with not-for-profit organizations includes Super Circular (previously A-133) compliance audits, examinations of internal controls, governance issues and Form 990 compliance. He regularly serves as a continuing education discussion leader for CRI and he is also a frequent speaker to outside organizations such as Alabama Council of Association Executives, the Alabama Society of CPA’s, The Louisiana Society of CPA’s and the University of Alabama’s Annual Federal Tax Clinic. Chad is a 2005 inductee to the Troy University Accounting Hall of Honor.
