Digital Communications

Digital communications within the workplace can create anxiety, confusion, inefficiencies, and often result in unintended consequences.  This session will explore how we communicate in today’s digital workplace. We will dive into the laws of digital body language and best practices to help participants master and decode digital communications. Following this session, attendees will be able to identify best practices for digital communications in the workplace.

This session is recommended for all conference attendees. There are no prerequisites for attendance, and advanced preparation is not required. The program level is basic. Attendees can earn up to 2.0 hours of CPE credit in the field of personnel/human resources.
