Best Practices for Giving and Receiving Feedback

The only way to thrive and grow is through feedback. Giving and receiving feedback is a skill that is relevant to every individual and every organization.  Yet, both giving and receiving feedback can be challenging, stressful, and something few individuals look forward to doing.  During this session, participants will learn how to give effective feedback, ask for feedback, and leverage feedback received to improve personal performance and thrive. Following this session, attendees will be able to identify effective strategies for giving and receiving effective feedback.

This session is recommended for all conference attendees. There are no prerequisites for attendance, and advanced preparation is not required. The program level is basic. Attendees can earn up to 2.0 hours of CPE credit in the field of personnel/human resources.
