The Great Resignation (Part 2)

This session is the second of two examining “The Great Resignation.”  The discussion will focus on ways in which organizations may take advantage of The Great Resignation through talent acquisition strategies.  Attendees will learn where to find prospective hires and how to establish a value proposition that will land the hire.  After attending, you will be able to identify sources for talent and describe at least three effective strategies for acquiring talent during The Great Resignation.

This session is recommended for all attendees. The experience level is basic. There is no prerequisite or prior preparation required. Attendees can earn up to one (1.0) hour of CPE credit in the field of personnel/human resources for completing this session.
