Patrons I

Recent developments (including the record-breaking government shutdown) have many grant-funded organizations questioning their traditional reliance on Federal grant funding. Organizations are wondering how to become “shutdown proof.” Diversification of funding streams is one way of reducing reliance on government grants, but the thought of diversifying funding sources often leaves traditional grant-funded organizations with more questions than answers. This session has those answers and more. The workshop is filled with practical ideas and information to help your grant-funded organization be successful in generating revenue from a variety of sources. By attending this session, you will learn how to create a diversified funding plan and identify the success factors in each funding source to make your organization “shutdown proof.”
