Southern Grants Forum 2025 will be held in New Orleans, at the InterContinental New Orleans from July 14 through 17 (with on-site conference check-in on July 14). Please plan to arrive by Monday, July 14, 2025, for conference check-in that afternoon, because conference sessions will begin on the morning of July 15.

Reservations

Hotel reservations for Southern Grants Forum 2025 are open. Rooms start at a discounted rate equal to the prevailing Federal per diem rate. Rooms are available at the discounted group rates for July 14, 2025 (check-in), through July 17, 2025 (check-out). Additional nights pre-conference and post-conference at the discounted group rates are subject to hotel availability. If you need to check in early (before July 14) or check out late (after July 17), please adjust the date range on the hotel reservations page to check for availability. Should you need our assistance with pre-or-post-conference nights, please make a base reservation for July 14 through 17 before emailing us and include your confirmation number with your message.

All reservations should be made directly with the hotel–either online or by telephone. To make your room reservation by telephone, please call InterContinental Reservations at 1-888-424-6835 and request the “Southern Grants Forum” group discount rate. The deadline for making hotel reservations is June 30, 2025. Please keep in mind that the conference registration fee does not include lodging or meals, except those meals listed on the conference schedule. Hotel room rates do not include parking (which is available for a separate charge). All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
