Southern Grants Forum 2027 will be held in Austin at The LINE Austin from July 19 through 22 (with on-site event check-in on July 19). Please plan to arrive by Monday, July 19, 2027, for the on-site event check-in that afternoon, because sessions will begin on the morning of July 20.

Reservations

Hotel reservations for Southern Grants Forum 2027 will open soon! Rooms start at a discounted rate equal to the prevailing Federal per diem rate. Rooms are available at the discounted group rates for July 19, 2027 (check-in), through July 22, 2027 (check-out). Additional nights pre-event and post-event at the discounted group rates are subject to hotel availability. For arrivals before July 19 or departures after July 22, adjust the date range on the hotel reservations page to check availability. If you need help with pre-or-post-event nights, please make a base reservation for July 19-22 before emailing us (and include your confirmation number).

All reservations should be made directly with the hotel–either online or by telephone. To make your room reservation by telephone, please The LINE Austin at 512-643-6609 and request the “Southern Grants Forum” group discount rate. For ADA-accessible rooms, please call the hotel directly to book your room if one is not available online.

The deadline for making hotel reservations is June 25, 2027. Please remember that the Southern Grants Forum registration fee does not include lodging or meals, except those meals listed on the event schedule. Hotel room rates do not include parking (which is available for a separate charge). All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
