Southern Grants Forum 2026 will be held in Nashville at the Loews Nashville Hotel from July 13 through 16 (with on-site conference check-in on July 13). Please plan to arrive by Monday, July 13, 2026, for conference check-in that afternoon, because conference sessions will begin on the morning of July 14.

Reservations

Hotel reservations for Southern Grants Forum 2026 are now open. Rooms start at a discounted rate equal to the prevailing Federal per diem rate. Rooms are available at the discounted group rates for July 13, 2026 (check-in), through July 16, 2026 (check-out). Additional nights pre-conference and post-conference at the discounted group rates are subject to hotel availability. For arrivals before July 13 or departures after July 16, adjust the date range on the hotel reservations page to check availability. If you need help with pre-or-post-conference nights, please make a base reservation for July 13-16 before emailing us (and include your confirmation number).

All reservations should be made directly with the hotel–either online or by telephone. To make your room reservation by telephone, please call Loews Nashville Reservations at 1-877-879-7818 and request the “Southern Grants Forum” group discount rate. For ADA-accessible rooms, please call the hotel directly to book your room if one is not available online.

The deadline for making hotel reservations is June 19, 2026. Please remember that the conference registration fee does not include lodging or meals, except those meals listed on the conference schedule. Hotel room rates do not include parking (which is available for a separate charge). All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
