Southern Grants Forum 2024 will be held in Fort Worth, Texas, at the Hilton Fort Worth, from July 22 through 25 (with on-site conference check-in on July 22).  Please plan to arrive by Monday, July 22, 2024, for conference check-in that afternoon, as the conference sessions will begin on the morning of July 23.

Reservations

Hotel reservations for Southern Grants Forum 2024 are now open. Rooms start at a discounted rate equal to the 2024 Federal per diem. Rooms are available at the discounted group rates for July 22, 2024 (check-in), through July 25, 2024 (check-out). Additional nights pre-conference and post-conference at the discounted group rates are subject to hotel availability. If you need to check-in early (before July 22) or check-out late (after July 25), please adjust the date range using the “Edit Stay” link on the hotel reservations page to check for availability. Should you need our assistance with pre-or-post-conference nights, please make a base reservation for July 22 through 25 before emailing us and include your confirmation number with your message.

All reservations should be made directly with the hotel–either online or by telephone. To make your reservation by telephone call Hilton Reservations at 1-800-445-8667 or the Hilton Fort Worth at (817) 870-2100 and request the “Southern Grants Forum” group discount rate. NOTE: THE HOTEL’S DEFAULT DATE RANGE DOES NOT INCLUDE PRE-AND-POST-CONFERENCE NIGHTS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. PLEASE ADJUST THE DATE RANGE USING THE “EDIT STAY” LINK TO CHECK FOR THE NIGHTS THAT YOU NEED.

The deadline for making hotel reservations is June 30, 2024. Please keep in mind that the conference registration fee does not include lodging or meals, except those meals listed on the conference schedule. Hotel room rates do not include parking (which is available for a separate charge). All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

About the Hilton Fort Worth
