Cancellation and Refund Policy

A new attendee can be substituted for the original attendee at no additional charge at any point before the in-person conference.  Our general policy is that registrations cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be given after the regular registration period begins.  However, a special policy applies to early access registrations.  Early access registrations cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be given after the registrant has attended any part of a bonus session or accessed a bonus session recording.  The general policy otherwise applies to early access registrations.  Regardless of registration category or attendance, absent a timely cancellation, each registrant must pay the appropriate registration fee in full.  Any registrant who fails to attend is still obligated to pay the registration fee unless the registrant cancelled before the applicable deadline.  All cancellations must be in writing, but email is sufficient.
