Cancellation and Refund Policy
A new attendee can be substituted for the original attendee at no additional charge at any point before the in-person conference. Our policy is that registrations cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be given after the cancellation deadline. The cancellation deadline for the 2026 Southern Grants Forum is Friday, June 12, 2026, at 5:00 pm EDT. Regardless of registration category or conference attendance, absent a timely cancellation received by this deadline, all registrants must pay the appropriate registration fee in full. A registrant who fails to attend is still obligated to pay the registration fee unless the registrant cancelled by the deadline. All cancellation requests must be in writing, but email is sufficient. All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee per registrant, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
