A new attendee can be substituted for the original registrant at no additional charge at any point before the in-person event begins. Our policy is that registrations cannot be canceled, and refunds or credits will not be given after the cancellation deadline. The cancellation deadline for the 2027 Southern Grants Forum is Friday, June 11, 2027, at 5:00 pm EDT. Regardless of registration category or event attendance, absent a timely cancellation received by this deadline, all registrants must pay the appropriate registration fee in full. Therefore, a registrant who fails to attend is still obligated to pay the registration fee and will not receive a refund or credit. All cancellation and substitution requests must be in writing, but email is sufficient. All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee per registrant, which will be deducted from the refund amount. After the cancellation deadline, any registrant who cannot attend still has the option to substitute a new attendee until the event begins, although cancellation with a refund or credit is no longer available.
