When will Southern Grants Forum be held in 2026?
Southern Grants Forum will be held July 13-16, 2026. Educational sessions will start at 8:00 a.m. on July 14, and the conference will conclude on July 16 at 12:00 p.m. However, attendees should plan to arrive on Monday, July 13, 2026, for conference check-in from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Where will Southern Grants Forum be held in 2026?
Southern Grants Forum 2026 will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Loews Nashville Hotel. Please plan to arrive one day early on July 13, 2026, for on-site conference check-in. The conference program will start at 8:00 a.m. on July 14 and conclude at 12:00 p.m. on July 16.
How do I register for Southern Grants Forum?
Registration for Southern Grants Forum is exclusively online using our convenient and simple electronic registration system. To complete your registration, please visit the registration page.
What payment options are available?
Payment is required at the time of registration using a credit, debit, or purchase card. Our registration system is unable to accept ACH or e-check payments at this time. We are not able to invoice for conference registration fees, and we do not accept purchase orders, checks, or other offline payment methods.
Is attendance limited to registrants from particular states?
No, attendance is not limited to registrants from any particular states or regions. Although the conference is called the Southern Grants Forum because of where the conference is held, registration and attendance are open to all interested participants regardless of where they live or work.
Will Southern Grants Forum 2026 have a virtual option?
Southern Grants Forum 2026 will be an in-person conference. There are no plans for a virtual option.
When should I arrive for the conference?
Please plan to arrive on July 13, 2026. The on-site conference check-in will be the afternoon of July 13, 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m. The conference sessions will start promptly on the morning of July 14, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Arriving and completing the conference check-in on July 13 will ensure that you do not miss any of the conference.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellations must be in writing, but email is acceptable. Our policy is that all cancellation and refund requests must be received by the cancellation deadline. We will not accept any cancellations or give any refunds for requests received after the cancellation deadline. The cancellation deadline is Friday, June 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Please note that all cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee per registrant, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Registrants who do not cancel by the deadline are still obligated to pay the appropriate registration fee in full (even if they do not attend). Registrants who fail to attend will not receive refunds or credits. Regardless of registration category, though, a different attendee may be substituted at no additional charge at any point until the in-person conference.
Does Southern Grants Forum offer CPE?
Southern Grants Forum will no longer be offering CPE due to a lack of demand. However, all registrants who attend the in-person event will receive a Certificate of Attendance via email upon the conclusion of the conference.
Do I need to print any materials for the conference?
You are not required to print or download any conference materials in advance for the Southern Grants Forum. However, as part of our efforts to reduce the conference’s environmental impact, Southern Grants Forum will use a conference app to provide access to materials for the in-person event. Therefore, for materials available on the app, you may want to download copies in advance because pre-printed physical copies will not be available.
Are any meals provided?
Yes, some meals are provided. The Southern Grants Forum includes luncheons on the first and second days. In addition, breakfast will be offered to attendees each morning before the first session (July 14-16, 2026). Beverage breaks will also be available during the conference. However, all other meals are “on your own” and are each attendee’s individual responsibility.
Do I need to make my own hotel reservations?
Yes, you will need to make your hotel reservations. Because not all attendees will require hotel accommodations, hotel reservations are not included in the registration fee, and the Southern Grants Forum does not make hotel reservations on behalf of attendees. All attendees are responsible for making their hotel and other travel arrangements.
What is the dress code for the Southern Grants Forum?
Most attendees dress business casual, but we leave this to the discretion of each attendee. We recommend that attendees dress in easily removable layers or bring a light sweater or jacket. Although the hotel makes every attempt to keep room temperatures at comfortable levels, room temperature does tend to be a personal preference, and some attendees may find rooms to be cooler or warmer than what they prefer.
