Please follow these instructions to register. First, add the desired ticket quantity below, then click the “Register Now” button to begin. You will then enter your personal information and click “Proceed to Payment Options” to continue. Next, you will be able to enter your payment information and click “Pay Now.” Finally, click “Proceed to Finalize Registration” to finish the registration process. Should you need assistance or have any questions about registration, our contact information is at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: We are not able to accept purchase orders or other offline payments. Registrations must be paid at the time of registration using a credit, debit, or purchase card.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A different attendee can be substituted for the original registrant at no additional charge at any point before the in-person conference. The cancellation deadline for the Forum is Friday, June 12, 2026, at 5:00 pm EDT. To receive a refund, you must cancel your registration by this deadline. Cancellation requests must be in writing, but email is acceptable. All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee per registrant, which will be deducted from the refund. Unless a written cancellation was received by the deadline, refunds will not be given for any registrant who fails to attend. No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be given after the cancellation deadline.
