The Great Resignation (Part 1)

This first of two sessions exploring “The Great Resignation” will focus on the impact on retention of top talent.  Attendees will gain an understanding of factors driving this phenomena and what organizational leaders mitigate losing top talent.  After attending, you will be able to list at least three factors contributing to The Great Resignation as well as three corresponding employer responses to avoid talent loss.

This session is recommended for all attendees. The experience level is basic. There is no prerequisite or prior preparation required. Attendees can earn up to one (1.0) hour of CPE credit in the field of personnel/human resources for completing this session.
