Amy Verberne is a Partner at Carr, Riggs & Ingram. Her career spans more than 15 years and includes tenures in public accounting, auditing, and organization management. She focuses on providing audit services to nonprofit organizations of all sizes and governmental agencies, as well as clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and construction industries. Amy has extensive experience in the area of employee benefit plan auditing, including those for defined contribution (401k and 403b) and defined benefit pension plans.
Amy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA). She currently serves as a member of the finance committee for the Southeastern Louisiana University (SLU) Alumni Association and is active with SLU’s Beta Alpha Psi organization, which seeks to develop a new generation of accountants.
